    The carefully selected "motsu" (offal) is made using only the small intestines of domestic beef, mainly from Kyushu.The secret soup is a rich and delicious blend of Kyushu miso, Saikyo miso, and several other types of miso, along with Oyama's special sauce.We recreate the taste of Hakata!
